PathoClean® Cleaner and Degreaser

Better cleaning requires a two step approach: clean first, disinfect second. Independent testing has proven this. At less than 400 parts per million of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), PathoClean successfully replaces caustic chemicals containing over 4,000 parts per million of NaOH. Created through Electrochemical Activation, PathoClean carries an electrical charge that actually attracts dirt which is how it cleans just as well as other cleaners with a fraction of the active ingredients. PathoClean can be used for surface cleaning and soil removal, the first step of effective cleaning.

Because PathoClean looks, smells and acts like water, we have had run through rigorous testing by the Toxics Use Reduction Institute at the University of Massachusetts – Lowell. These tests show exactly how PathoClean measures up to some of the most well-known brands in the cleaning space.

PathoClean followed by PathoCide netted a greater-than-six-log reduction of Norovirus, MRSA, Salmonella, and E. coli. Protocol is based on ASTM E2111-00 “Standard Quantitative Carrier Test Method to Evaluate the Bactericidal, Fungicidal, Mycobactericidal and Sporicidal Potencies of Liquid Chemical Germicides.”
