Executive Chef Nicholas Calias, working with Colonnade General Manager, David Collela, helped Brasserie JO earn recognition as the highest scoring green certified restaurant in Massachusetts, and one of the cleanest.
Chef Calias, with more than 20 years of culinary experience, cites Brasserie JO’s recipe for superior cleaning: a PathoSans system for on-site generation of cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
