PathoSans Cleaner and Food Contact Surface Sanitizer

PathoSans cleaner and food grade sanitizer tackles the enemy of all commercial kitchens: food grease. Grease accumulates on every surface in a kitchen. It creates a slipping hazard on the floors and a grimy eyesore everywhere you look. A film of grease can also protect pathogens from disinfectants, because the grease provides harborage for the pathogens. A PathoSans on-site generation system creates two electrochemically-activated (ECA) solutions. First, PathoClean®, an all-purpose cleaner and degreaser that removes soil and grease, so Pathogens have nowhere to hide. Then, PathoCide®, a food grade sanitizer and disinfectant that kills 99.9%* of microbes. Together, these two solutions can replace a host of commercial cleaning chemicals while leaving behind a cleaner commercial kitchen.
